Full-Service Catering
Our catering staff will cordially arrive early at the venue of your choice, set up, service and completely clean up. Our buffet service includes chafing dishes, buffet linens, disposable plates, table bread & butter, disposable cutlery and napkins. China place settings would include an additional rental fee. Over the years we have catered at numerous off site venues including homes and backyard weddings. Listed below are just some of the approved venues we recommend.

Fresh mozzarella balls, red grape tomatoes and fresh garlic are marinated in Italian spices and extra virgin olive oil.

Petto di Pollo al Palermo
Breaded chicken breast, sautéed in a delicate lemon wine sauce with peas and fresh mushrooms, then topped with blended cheese.
Petto di Pollo alla Parmigiano
Breaded chicken breast baked with marinara sauce and topped with blended cheese.
Grilled Chicken Breast
A 6 oz chicken breast marinated overnight in Casaburo salad dressing and grilled to perfection.

Italian Blend
Steamed vegetables lightly seasoned with Italian spices.
Deposit Required: $250
- A deposit is required for all events and will guarantee our services for the date and time agreed upon between you and a Casa representative.
- Deposits must be received within 30 days of the catering quote.
Buffet Catering: Included:
- All buffet catering packages are serviced at a 100 guest minimum.
- Complete set up, replenishing and clean-up of buffet table by Casa staff.
- Buffet table linen.
- Plastic dinner plate, plastic utensils and napkins set on buffet table.
- Fresh bread & butter placed on the buffet table.
Not Included in all Packages:
- 20% Casa Service Charge.
- 8% Indiana State Sales Tax.
Beverage Service
- Bottled Water / Can Soda $2.00 pp
- Coffee $1.75 pp
Off-site Venues
- Various off-site venues will charge an additional catering fee based on their agreement. Casa will list this additional fee on your invoice and pay the venue.
