The Casa Restaurant Group are family owned and operated full service Italian restaurants located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serving authentic Italian pastas, pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, lunch specials, and an array of Italian specialties. All restaurants feature the unique and well renowned Casaburo Salad and complimentary fresh baked Italian bread placed tableside.  We strive to achieve family friendly service, featuring generous portions, prepared with fresh ingredients, at a great value.

The Casa Restaurant Group originated in 1977 when friends Jimmy D’Angelo and Tom Casaburo opened their first restaurant on Coldwater Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jimmy D, as he was known, retired in 1989. The growing chain, now into the second Casaburo generation, numbers four restaurants. Casa has been an innovator introducing such things as butter and cheese based sauces, wood burning pizza ovens and wood fired rotisseries and grills.

Traditional pastas available include manicotti, cannelloni, cavatelli, mostaccioli, capellini, tortellini, linguini, rigatoni, fettuccine, spaghetti, ravioli, and lasagna. The pastas are served in traditional sauces; meat, marinara, white cream, or butter; and often combined with a variety of vegetables, seafood or meats. Dinner entrees include chicken, veal, steak, or fish prepared in rich Italian fashion. Lunch specials are prepared daily except Sunday, and monthly Chefs features are offered daily.
 
Carryout is available in single servings or larger pans for all entrees and salads. For sale online and over the counter is our famous Casaburo Salad Dressing and all restaurants feature an extensive choice of wines and alcoholic beverages.
